Service Description
Provided Information: 1. Lift pass and equipment rental (ski, boots, ski poles, or snowboard, snowboard boots) during the lesson. 2. Exclusive lesson area, conveyor belt, and dedicated lift for ski school participants only. Hotel Buffet with instructor. Please move to the White Tree Snow School 30 minutes before the lesson starts. If you need clothing rental, we recommend arriving at least 1 hour before the lesson. The White Tree Snow School is located in the Ski House building, please refer to the picture below. If you are staying in a condo, you can also come to the 2nd floor of the Blue Condo.
Cancellation Policy
*For reservations and schedule changes, please contact us via email or whatsapp. Penalty Clause Information: Cancellation 7 days before the arrival date: No penalty Cancellation 6 to 5 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty Cancellation 4 to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty Cancellation 1 to 2 days before the arrival date and no-show on the day of arrival: 100% penalty
